The AAA Pro HVAC Difference

AAA Pro HVAC isn't chasing a national franchise footprint for its own sake — growth only happens where a real, properly staffed local crew is ready to back it up.

AAA Pro HVAC runs on one simple rule across Ojai, CA: a technician doesn't guess, and a customer never gets surprised by the invoice.

We work on the systems actually installed in Ojai, CA homes and businesses — split systems, packaged rooftop units, ductless heads, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps — not a narrow niche we're trying to stretch into everything.

EPA Section 608 certification for refrigerant handling is required of every technician before dispatch, full stop, no exceptions.

Ask a question about your system during a visit and you'll get a straight technical answer, not a redirect toward an upsell.

We keep documentation on every Ojai, CA job — what was diagnosed, what was replaced, what the readings were before and after — so there's a paper trail if a question comes up later.

Consistency across every Ojai, CA job, not just the convenient ones, is what keeps our reviews honest instead of inflated.

Our Core Emergency Ac Repair Services

Here's the full scope of what our Ojai, CA technicians handle, from routine calls to the ones other companies pass on.

Emergency Emergency Ac Repair Response

Phone triage happens before a truck ever leaves the lot: gas odor, smoke, or a tripped breaker with a burning smell all move straight to the front of the queue. Our on-call rotation is staffed and ready, not paged cold from someone's couch, which is why Ojai, CA response times hold up even overnight. Technicians assigned to emergency Emergency Ac Repair response carry the specific parts and tools that job actually calls for.

Residential Emergency Ac Repair Service

Every residential visit starts with an actual diagnostic — electrical, refrigerant, airflow, combustion where relevant — before a single number gets quoted. We size new installations with a real load calculation instead of matching the old unit's tonnage on a guess. This is one of the Ojai, CA calls our dispatch team fields most often.

Commercial Emergency Ac Repair Solutions

Rooftop packaged units, multi-zone office buildings, and light commercial refrigeration-adjacent systems across Ojai, CA fall inside our commercial scope. Commercial technicians on our Ojai, CA roster are trained on rooftop access, curb adapters, and building-management-system integration. This is one of the Ojai, CA calls our dispatch team fields most often.

Indoor Air Quality & Ductwork

Whole-home filtration, UV air treatment, and humidity control are installed and serviced by the same Ojai, CA crews already handling your core system. Mastic sealing on every duct joint we repair, not tape, since tape fails within a couple of seasons in attic heat. This is one of the Ojai, CA calls our dispatch team fields most often.

Heat Pump & Specialty System Service

Heat pumps fail differently than standard AC or furnace systems, and our Ojai, CA techs are specifically trained on reversing valves, defrost boards, and auxiliary heat strips. Ductless heat pump systems, indoor head units and outdoor condensers alike, are within scope for our Ojai, CA specialty crews. Technicians assigned to heat pump & specialty system service carry the specific parts and tools that job actually calls for.

Preventive Maintenance Plans

Twice-yearly tune-ups across Ojai, CA, one ahead of cooling season and one ahead of heating season, catch the small issues before they become mid-season breakdowns. Plan members across Ojai, CA receive scheduling priority ahead of peak-season demand along with a discount on any repair found during the visit. This is one of the Ojai, CA calls our dispatch team fields most often.
